Connecting your Bluetooth Temperature Probe

Squizify carries multiple styles of temperature probes.
To order a compatible temperature probe contact your Customer Success Manager.
The process to connect these probes are the same for each style probe, the process changes if you are using an Android or Apple device.
Android Connection
Open the Squizify App
Click on the Thermometer icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Make sure you are using the latest version of Android (13) and the Squizify App has Bluetooth and nearby devices permissions enabled.
Turn on the probe by pressing either the on button or opening the probe.
Sanitise the probes needle
This page will start scanning for a Bluetooth probe automatically
- If it does not you can manually select the scan button
Once you see 'probe' on your screen, press the Pair Button
- If the instrument does not pair with a device within 20 seconds, it will turn off until the power button is pressed again.
Navigate to any of the pages that require temperature reading. Click the probe icon on any row you wish to record and press capture.
Repeat this step for each temperature reading that is required for your daily checks
Remember to press save!
Turn off or close the probe and sanitise when you are finished.
Apple Connection
Open the Squizify App
Turn on the temperature probe
Sanitise the probes needle
A pop up will appear on the screen asking if you want to connect to the temperature probe and the serial number of the device
Select serial number of your probe
Navigate to any of the pages that require Temperature reading. Click the probe icon on any row you wish to record and press capture.
Repeat this step for each temperature reading that is required for your daily checks
Remember to press save!
Turn off or close the probe and sanitise when you are finished.
