What is an incomplete email alert?

The incomplete email alerts allow all Managers and Corporate Masters for the venue to receive an email an hour after the completion time of a task.

This allows the Managers on duty to be notified that they have not completed the task andcreminds them to complete this.

This allows for the site to complete the task a little later in the day as opposed to missing this completely.

If you have multiple locations you will receive 1 email with the break it down into the individual sites who have incomplete tasks.

This is customisable for each individual task list.

Setting up the alerts.

Select the bubble with your initials in the top right corner

Select Settings

Select Master Tasks

Select the Task that requires this feature

Select the 'Must be completed before ' time box

Adjust this to the time that this task is expected to be completed

Press save!
