Why Can't I Log In?

From time to time you might come across some unexpected issues when trying to log in.  Here are a couple of quick things you can check in the first instance:

1. If you are trying to log into the app but the logo just keeps spinning on the screen, please check that your device is connected to your wifi and internet.  Check if you can open the browser and access a website such as www.squizify.com

2. Check that you have entered your email and password correctly without any typos or spaces.

3. Go to the Playstore, or App Store, and check for any updates to the Squizify app.

4.  Restart your device and ensure that you apply any software/operating system updates when restarted.  This ensures that both your device and Squizify are optimised to work together.

5.  Uninstall the Squizify app, and then reinstall it.  Don't worry, all your data is safe.
